75 Box Jump.
400m Run.
75 Wall Ball 10/6kg.
100 Double unders (x2).
75 Walking Lunge Overhead Plate 20/15kg.
400m Run.
75 Push up.
Time Cap: 25min.

SUMMER BELLUM:

100Double unders (si no teneis comba 100 jumping jacks).
75 Box Jumps (buscar una altura similar al cajón para hacer los box jump).
400m Run.
75 Tuck Jumps.
100 Double unders.
75 Walking Lunge.
400m Run.
75 Push up.
